Depois de empreender uma breve visão do conjunto do percurso de criação de Tennessee Williams como dramaturgo, este ensaio faz uma breve análise de The two-character play como trabalho em que Tennessee propositalmente expressa a exaustão dos padrões que o haviam notabilizado.
Abstract
After undertaking an overview of Tennessee Williams’ career as a playwright, this article briefly analyzes The two-character play as a work in which Williams purposely expresses the exhaustion of the standards that had made him famous.
